The new update is a major one for Novitio as we have basically created a completely new platform – based on the original ideology, inspired by our users feedback, built on a newer, more robust and flexible technology.
Novitio 3.0 is our biggest update to date, featuring a complete overhaul of the entire Novitio ecosystem, tech-wise. The new platform is built on state-of-the-art technologies, allowing for better scalability and extensibility now and in the future.
The platform is built on a brand new, fully open API, which we will soon offer our users access to, allowing for a full integration directly with Novitio from any system you may use.

New facelift and visual improvements incl. Dark mode feature
Improved order view with buyer/sellers SO and PO number auto updating – for smooth communication
Better overview on ITAD/Sellers view if and when target price are met – red or green numbers in Euro and if needed selected second currency

New and improved Company profiles with description, logo and business details
Improved Default settings incl. default files (Example: Grading explanation, Code of conduct etc.) for more time saving when creating listings
Improved user management and team creation module
New company relations module to manage your buyers or sellers incl. White or blacklist features
Improved product import module and a fast check module to ensure upload have been successful
Sanitizing the Novitio system
As part of the launch of the 3.0 we have many old listings and requests. We will be purging / archiving the older cases to restart Novitio. This means that you will be seeing older cases moved to the archive and closed due to case being too old.
We are proud of the new platform and the possibilities it gives us to continue to make it better. Next version update 3.1 will contain more exciting news.
